Changemaker Fund: Community-Powered Economic Mobility
As Founding Director of the Connecticut Urban Opportunity Collaborative, I designed the Changemaker Fund, a community-informed initiative that combined direct investment, policy and advocacy, public-private partnerships, narrative change, and evaluation to advance economic mobility and resident leadership across Connecticut.
